About
Us
The operators of Louisiana Modular were renovating
historic homes in New Orleans years before hurricane
Katrina. Structurally alternating and updating
historic houses that are over 100 year old has
helped us uniquely understand what makes a modular
home look authentic yet retain high wind strength.
All Louisiana Modular
homes are built to withstand 130 MPH wind speeds.
All our homes are also built to the International
Residential Code (I.R.C.). This code is required
by New Orleans building, electrical and plumbing
inspectors for all new construction in Orleans
Parish. Our prior local experiece, with both commercial
and residential building, helps Louisiana Modular
know what style of construction makes a house
strong.

Permits
Your price includes
all permits.
New Orleans City Hall
can be a difficult place to maneuver. Permit issuing
and changing Orleans Parish Codes can make out
of town companies pack up and go home. Louisiana
Modular is home. We have been moving large commercial
and residential jobs through the permit and inspector's
offices for years and pride ourselves on our relationship
we have with City Hall. If we cannot permit your
job it cannot be done.
